People view LGBT people as an outcast in the society; hence they feel that they might influence them to join the LGBT community. The employees and employers, because of religious and cultural believes In the majority of workplaces, LGBT marriages are not acceptable by the people; therefore, such couples will end up being discriminated against (Livingston et al., 2019). There are incidents in different parts of the world where same-sex couples have been attacked. Some communities believe that same-sex marriages are against social norms; therefore, marriages are not tolerated. People base their resistance on cultural believes and religious believes as well while they are attacking same-sex couples. Although same-sex marriages have been legalized in all American States and other countries, it is still a moral wrong but a civil right. Same-sex couples face various challenges that are not faced by other types of marriages that exist in society. The challenges include the couples not being able to have their own biological children.
